The draw for the 2024 TotalEnergies CAF Futsal AFCON was hosted on Thursday in Morroco at the Mohammed VI Complex located in Rabat. During this major sports event, eight countries were officially seeded into two groups of four teams each.
The 7th edition of the TotalEnergies CAF Futsal tournament is scheduled to unfold at the IBN Yassine and Moulay Prince Abdalla Halls located in Rabat, starting from 11th to 21st April 2024. Tournament format
With the group stage set to kick off on 11th April, the 10-day tournament will be played on a round-robin format and the top two teams from each stage will advance to the semi-finals. Additionally, the competition will serve as a key qualifier for the upcoming FIFA Futsal World Cup. That means the teams that will secure podium finishes in Rabat will earn an automatic qualification on the global stage from 14th September to 6th October 2024 in Uzbekistan.
