The Ghanaian national football team, the Black Stars, has arrived in Moroni for their second Group I match in the 2026 FIFA World Cup scheduled for Tuesday.
The team, led by Coach Chris Hughton, secured a narrow victory over Madagascar in their opening game.
Inaki Williams’ 96th-minute header sealed the win for Ghana at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
Comoros, who began their campaign with a 4-2 comeback win over Central African Republic, will host Ghana at the Stade de Moroni on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, in what promises to be a crucial fixture.
