Former Liberty Professionals youngster Jude Ekow Arthur has disclosed that he would one day like to play under veteran Portuguese Manger Jose Mourinho.
The highly rated midfielder joined Finish top flight side SJK in January following an impressive first season with the Scientific Soccer lads’ first team.
But after an impressive start in his new club, Arthur has already set his sight on working with one of the most successful football managers in Europe.
In a Facebook Live interaction with his friends, the youngster disclosed that, it’s his dream to play under Jose Mourinho.
“Jose Mourinho should take me along if he finds a new club”, Arthur said.
“He is a top manager [Regardless] and I will love to work under him.
“He can transform me like he did to Michael Essien”, he added.
Just like Essien, Jude Arthur is a product of Liberty Professionals Academy and can plays in different positions- Right back, center back and in defensive midfield.
The 20-year old was promoted to the Liberty first team ahead of the 2018 season- a season in which he established himself as regular first team player, starting in
14 out 15 games played before the Anas Number 12 expose.
His impressive performances for the Dansoman based club earned him a call up to Ghana’s Under 20 National team helping them secure qualification to the 2019 African Youth Championship.
