Leeds fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the latest development on the future of Ghana striker Caleb Ansah Ekuban.
Ekuban joined Leeds from Italian club Chievo in the summer of 2016 for a transfer fee reported by The Yorkshire Evening Post to be worth £500,000.

According to The Yorkshire Evening Post, Trabzonspor will pay the Whites an initial transfer fee of £2 million to make Ekuban’s loan deal permanent, and the deal will also include add-ons.

It’s probably best that Leeds are selling Caleb Ekuban to Trabzonspor, no way we would ever see him play for the club again.. #lufc #mot— Ryan (@LeedsUtdRyan) May 3, 2019
Good luck to Ekuban, wasn’t to be at #lufc nice profit on sale to add to next season’s transfer budget— Richard Box (@richardboxy) May 3, 2019
Ekuban had earned a permanent deal at Trabzonspor. Good for him, wasn’t going to get a chance here but always gave it 100% in terms of effort. Hope he does well. #lufc #MOThttps://t.co/igb6KQQtg9— Mighty Whites Pod (@mightywhitespod) May 3, 2019

A profit of £1.5 million, and a goal against Galatasaray. I don’t know quite how he’s done it, but Caleb Ekuban’s actually gone down as a decent bit of business. #lufc https://t.co/biRmZf2uue— David Guile (@ellandduck) May 3, 2019

Another good piece of business by Victor Orta. Oh, wait, a hate figure at Elland Road last season and instrumental of Bielsa’s arrival . #lufc— Yorkshiretarra (@yorkshitarra) May 3, 2019
Good luck to him. A hard working, honest player, just not good enough, or simply didn’t fit with the teams ways.— Jo Bedford (@El_Loco_JoJo) May 3, 2019
