Dansoman Liberty Youth young attacking sensation, Abdul Razak Boame has joined Ghana Premier League side Bechem United on a three year contract, Sportsworldghana.com can confirm.
The highly rated 17-year old playmaker completed the transfer on Friday January 27 at the club’s office in Accra and is set to join his new team mates next week.
It remains unclear the amount of money Bechem United paid for the young prodigy but new.sportsworldghana.com sources believe it is in the region of 15,000 cedis.
Boame has been on radar of several Ghanaian top flight and second tier sides for the past two years.
He was extremely instrumental in the 2016 Accra West Division III campaign, scoring 6 goals as his side, Liberty Youth beat every team in their Zone and secured promotion to the Greater Accra Division II League.
Bechem United first spotted the player when they hosted Liberty Youth in the the build up to the 2016 Ghanaian football season and have since been keeping tabs on him.
It therefore comes as no surprise when the Premier League side pushed on despite resistance from Liberty Youth, to get their most wanted youngster.
