MTN FA CUP giants killers, Asokwa Deportivo SC will face Division Two League side Afigya Shooting Stars in the 2020-21 edition of the competition.
The Kumasi-based club have been struggling in the Division One League this season due to their own standard but notwithstanding, the team is expected to easily walk their way through to the next round.
The Allah is Great Lads defeated Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC last season at the round of 32 at the Obuasi Len Clay Stadium.
After going a goal down against the Porcupine Warriors, the second-tier club bounced back to record a famous win over the two-time CAF Champions League winners.
Unfortunately, the competition couldn’t progress to the next stage due to the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic and will be hoping to make a great start to the competition this season.
Deportivo will play the Division Two League side Afigya Shooting Stars next weekend at the Len Clay Stadium in Obuasi.
