Samuel Boadu targets ‘biggest’ coach in Africa
Accra Hearts of Oak head coach, Samuel Boadu has revealed he aims at being regarded as the ‘biggest’ coach in Africa in the coming years.
The former Medeama Sporting Club gaffer led the Rainbow club to their first ever Ghana Premier League title over the weekend despite their 1-1 draw with Liberty Professionals – their first in 12 years in their 21st overall.
The coach has now claimed he wants to be known as the best coach on the African continent in the coming years.
“I want to become the biggest coach in Africa, that’s my motive,” the Hearts of Oak coach told Kumasi-based Light FM.
“In life, you have to aim high and have to be self-confident. Somebody has been able to do it so why not you?”
Boadu will be on the touchline this weekend, when his side take on WAFA in their last league game of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League season.
