Nicolas Pepe scored 10 Premier League goals for Arsenal FC in the just ended season and the Ivorian attacker is definitely one of the top players to watch at next year’s Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon.
The 25-year old who is a left-footed winger finished the season as the most prolific striker for the Gunners having scored 8 goals in the last 11 games in all competitions to close the season.
All season long, only Alexandre Lacazette scored more goals than the Ivorian player at Arsenal in 2020/21 – 17 goals for the frenchman and 16 for Pepe.
The draw for the AFCON will be held on June 25th as Nicolas Pepe’s Ivory Coast are one of the qualified teams.
