Ghana’s female senior national team head Coach Bashir Hayford has named his 26-man provisional squad which would be pruned down to 21 for next month’s Africa Women’s Cup of Nations tournament.
The former Ashanti Gold SC trainer reduced his squad to 21 after a series of friendly matches.
Five players will further be dropped before the competition.
The players are expected to engage in friendlies with African sides Kenya, Zambia and South.
