Newly promoted English Championship club Peterborough United have completed the signing of Ghanaian international Kwame Adubofour Poku Afriyie.
The promising attacking midfielder is joining the Posh on a 4-year deal from Colchester where he made over 70 appearances.

Opoku, 19, on 19 March 2021, earned his debut Black Stars call-up for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying games against South Africa and São Tomé and Príncipe.
He officially made his debut on 28 March 2021 after coming on as a 79th-minute substitute for Mohammed Kudus in a 3–1 victory over São Tomé and Príncipe at the Accra Sports Stadium.
