Former Hearts of Oak Coach Mohammed Ahmed polo believes James Kwesi Appiah can succeed with Black Stars team if he focuses on building the local black stars team.
According to him, it will help Appiah feed the national team with quality players who can achieve laurels for the country.
James kwesi Appiah has been mandated by the FA to manage both the Senior National team and the Chan team after agreeing a two year deal with the GFA .
With calls by many that the current black stars team players are warming benches at their various European clubs, Polo says Appiah must use the CHAN team as a source of recruiting players into the National team.
“If you look all around these are the players we have but unfortunately,majority of them are not getting regular playing time ”
