The juries responsible for the finding the best mascot and anthem for the 2022 Africa Cup of Nations were installed in office on April 26 this year by the Cameroon Minister of Sports and Physical Education.
Open since April 1, the national artistic competitions for the proposal of the anthem and the mascot of the competition will soon deliver the results. The juries were installed in their functions yesterday by Narcisse Mouelle Kombi, the Minister of Sports and Physical Education.
The mascot jury has five days to deliver its final proposals out of the 35 applications received. The committee in charge of the anthem is entitled to a week to deliver his final choice among the 100 singles received.
The team to select the official anthem of the CAN Total Cameroon 2021 is headed by Prof. Charles Binam Bikoï, the current executive secretary of the International Center for Research and Documentation on African Traditions and Languages .
