Captain for Accra Hearts of Oak SC, Fatawu Mohammed has ‘let the cut out of the box’ with regards to his team’s current impressive performance in the Ghana Premier League.
The 29-year-old right-back revealed the secret behind the recent unstoppable display by the Phobians after their win at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday afternoon over Asante Kotoko SC.

Speaking after the game Fatawu said: “Our recent form and improved performance in the Ghana Premier League is solely because of hard work and sheer determination”.
The captain of the Phobians also gave credit to their new coach Samuel Boadu for the turnaround in the 2020-21 Ghana Premier League campaign for the Phobians.

“Our coach has been the real game-changer for us this season and deserves every plaudit for helping us to get the self to believe and perform consistently in the second round after he took over”, he added.
Fatawu was adjudged Man-Of-The-Match in his team’s 1-0 win on Sunday in Ghana’s Super Clash after a commanding and dazzling display.

Hearts of Oak are now three points clear at the top of the league table after 31 matches with 59 points with three matches to end the 2020-21 season.
