Central Regional RFA boss Mr. MNS Doe has accused the Ghana Football Association judicial bodies for being the reason behind the Ghana Premier league’s usual new season delay.
He questioned the bodies on wasting too much time on protest cases from various division one (1) and premier league clubs during the end of league seasons, which mostly eats into the league’s commencement date.
Mr. Doe, following his recent election to office as the Central Regional RFA chairman with hard work and dedication to ensuring the region grows to become one of the nation’s biggest football talent search area has helped to constitute a baize free and fair Central regional Division two (2) league where Vipers FC emerged as victors to book its ticket to next season’s Division one (1) league.
“The FA’s judicial bodies the cause of Ghana’s league delay,” Doe communicated to Top Sports when asked what he thinks has of late contributed to the delay of the league seasons.
On the solution to adopt to help curb the aforementioned situation at hand, he said station “The solution lies on revolution. A solution the sports ministry has noticed and is on the verge to put into practice. There should be the need for reconstruction for the better,” Doe stated.
Addressing Winfred Osei Kwaku Palmer’s earlier comment that is as a results of the wrong time fix for league matches which has led to the league’s stagnation towards developing said “is not as a results of the league’s wrong timing for league matches but as a results of the poor planning outlines put in place to follow at the start of league seasons.”
On the government’s help and contribution to Ghana’s various sporting disciplines highlighted that as seen of the government pumping in lot of money to the respective national teams (U17,U20 and the Black Stars) going in for tournaments is nowhere near the money spent on the Ghanaian league.
“Even our own inter-schools and colleges games which in time past used to fetch our national teams the naturally endowed talents it needed, not forgetting how helpful it was to the country in the discovery of talents like Michael Essien, Sulley Muntari (OKESS), Johnathan Mensah and a host other.
“Which is even where as a footballing country we needed to pay much attention to. Is of national effect and must be treated with national concern,” the Central Regional RFA boss drew the curtains down on his talks.
