Mr. George Offei Simeon-Okraku, the father of the President of the president of GFA Kurt ES Okraku is dead.
The ex-Ghana Military man passed away in Accra on the morning of Monday, November 22, at the gracious age of 96.
Mr. Simeon-Okraku popularly known as “Decide” was a staunch fan pf Accra Hearts of Oak and also followed Ghana football entirely with key interest.
