Ghana forward Yaw Yeboah has been named the PKO Ekstraklasa player of the month for August following his impressive display for Wisła Kraków.
In August, the White Star recorded two defeats and ended up winning two games including one against the current champions.
Wisła scored 6 goals during this period, and two of them were scored by Yaw Yeboah. A hit in the match against Górnik Leczna had a wide impact in the world of football, making him a Puskus award contender
Yeboah in addition, provided an assist in the goal that gave his team victory over Legia Warszawa.

Yaw Yeboah’s good form in the Polish top-flight also earned him a call-up to the Black Stars team for the Qatar 2022 World Cup qualifiers against Ethiopia and South Africa.
The former Black Meteors captain becomes the first Ghanaian player to be awarded the Footballer of the Month award in Poland.
The captains of the eighteen teams in the Polish top-flight took part in the voting for the Footballer of the Month award with the Ghanaian International picking the prestigious award.
