Ghana Premier League side Accra Hearts of Oak SC head coach Martin Koopman says it is sometimes difficult to pick his first eleven for a game.
According to the gaffer, most of the players are on the same level which makes it a bit difficult to select the players for the games.
However, he sounded very confident in his players and stated that they are one family and must stick together.
“I always look for balance in the team because a lot of players are at the same level and sometimes it is not easy for the coach.
“We have a young squad and when I said five players were on the same level and sometimes I choose for another balance.
“If I want more attacking, then I use another midfield maybe also another winger.
“So all together we are one family so I have to choose and that is the way to make success,” he added.
Hearts of Oak will travel to Sunyani to face Bofoakwa Tano FC at the Coronation park on Saturday.
