Asante Kotoko newly signed striker Kwame Opoku has expressed excitement after signing for the club, stating ‘it’s a dream’ to be at the club.
The 21 year old joins the Porcupine Warriors on a 3 year deal from Division One League side Nkoranza Warriors.
The goal poacher, expected to bring to bear his predator instincts for the Reds as they chase for the premier league title this season.
He is expected to add more firepower to a Kotoko attack that has struggled to score more goals in the season. Maxwell Konadu’s side have managed just 10 goals in 11 matches this season.
“It’s a dream to be here. I’m here to work; to push myself to the very limit and improve on my game to positively impact on the team.” -said the deadly striker in an interview with the Asante Kotoko App.
