AshantiGold SC on Friday posted a 3-0 away victory over Eleven Wonders to secure passage to the last four of the ongoing Normalisation Committee Special Competition.
AshantiGold had their game against Eleven Wonders rained off on Thursday and was rescheduled for Friday.
Goals from Appiah McCarthy, Emmanuel Owusu and Captain Shafiu Mumuni ensured the Miners clinched all maximum points to qualify at the expense of Medeama who amassed 22 points after their 2-0 win against Berekum Chelsea on Thursday.
Ashgold, by virtue of the 3-0 win, atop the Premier A Zone table with 23 points, followed by Asante Kotoko who clocked 22 points to qualify ahead of Medeama on a head to head basis.
