The 21-year-old Ghanaian attacker penned a three-year contract with the Egyptian top-flight newbies.
Taylor scored 18 goals in 31 appearances for Karela to emerge the best scorer in the 2020-21 Ghana Premier League season.
The Black Meteors striker also registered 7 assists and won the man of the match awards on four times.
