Back from break, the visitors piled pressure on Hearts with former Ghana Premier League goal king Hans Kwoffie grabbing the equalizer for coach Milovan Cirkovic’s side.
Winger Patrick Razak looked very dangerous in the game as he gave the Miners defenders a very tough game.
The 2017 WAFU Cup winner has his presence in the gave felt greatly as he set up Kwadwo Obeng Junior head home his fine cross to give Hearts of Oak a sweet 2-1 lead but Kwoffie again struck on stoppage time to deny Hearts of Oak a home victory.
Brace-hero Kwadwo Obeng Junior, meanwhile, was unable to finish the game after picking an injury and had to be subbed for former Samatex FC striker Victor Aidoo.
