Aduana Stars will host West Africa Football Academy (WAFA) at the Nana Agyeman Badu II park in a Ghana Premier League week 13 game on Sunday, 7 February, 2021.
The “Fire” club are sixth on the league table with 18 points and they just trail their opponents who are fifth by goal difference ahead of the epic clash.
Unlike previous years when Aduana were very dominant at home, they have now lost a bit of their fire power and remain very unpredictable in their games with many draws.
WAFA on the other hand have been very poor away from home over the years and their 3-0 mauling by Dreams FC last week in Dawu means they have to up their game if they are bent on getting something in Dormaa.
Aduana Stars will be hoping Yahaya Mohammed has his day as he has been very vital to all their wins this season this season with some great goals.
WAFA on the other just lost striker Daniel Owusu and midfielder Forson Amankwah to their affiliated club Red Bull Salzburg in Austria and this could affect their telepathy for the meantime.
Also, midfielder Michael Kyei Dwamena , John Tedeku and Godwin Agbevor are all not available for the game through injury and it remains a big worry for coach Prosper Nartey.
Aduana Stars look certain to record a win if they get their acts together and do not underestimate their opponents due to their bad away record.
