Dutch giants PSV Eindhoven finally have agreed to loan Ghanaian defender Derrick Luckassen to Belgium side Anderlecht for the 2020/21 season,SPORTSworldGhana.com can report.
The 25-year old returns to the Jupiler Pro League after an impressive season with the Purple and Whites last season.
The Amsterdam-born Ghanaian defender made 18 appearances for the Purple and White before the Jupiler Pro league was cancelled due to the Coronavirus outbreak.
Anderlecht had initially wanted to make the move a permanent one, but the club could not meet PSV’s asking price for the stalwart defender.
The two side finally agreed on another loan stint, but with the former Belgium side paying his full salary.
The former AZ Alkmaar and Hertha Berlin Versatile defender, SPORTSworldGhana.com can confirm is currently in Belgium and set to sign the new deal this week.
