Former Ghanaian international, Charles Taylor believes Kumasi Asante Kotoko’s mercurial midfielder is ahead of Black Stars duo of Baba Iddrisu and Edmund Addo .
The ex-player cum football pundit is of the view the quality the ex-Inter Allies player possess is unique and thus should earn hum a place in the senior National team. Taylor believes Lamptey is far superior to La Liga based Baba Iddrisu and Red Star Belgrade bench warmer Edmund Addo.
“I believe he is far ahead of Baba Iddrisu and Edmund Addo because of his ball-carrying and passing abilities. He has a way of finding strikers with the ball and making them enjoy his play.” he said on Angel Tv.
