Young sensational attacker, Issahaku Abdul Fatawu has been named in the Black Stars squad for the AFCON qualifiers games against South Africa and Sao Tome and Principe.
The youngster is one of the few local players to get into the final 26-man squad for the upcoming African Cup of Nations qualifiers later in this month.
Issahaku was one of the revelations at the just ended CAF U-20 Championship which was won by Ghana’s Black Satellites after they defeated Uganda 2-0 in the finals.
The 16-year-old could become one of the youngest ever players to play for the senior national team of Ghana after legendary, Abedi Ayew who won the trophy at a very tender age in 1982.
The Steadfast FC prodigy is the only Division One Player in the country to get into coach CK Akonnor’s team for the upcoming games.
