Tema Youth SC midfield star Richmond Darko was adjudged best player in his team’s 3-1 home win against Okyeman Planners on Sunday afternoon.
Richmond Darko got the opener for Tema Youth after 35th into the tough game between George Afriyie and Winfred Osei Palmer.
With just six minutes to the first half, Asare Appiah doubled the lead in the 39th minute to put the game beyond the reach of Planners.
The first half ended 2-0 for the home side.
After the break, Daniel Appiah increased the tally for the home side on the 65th minute to make it 3-0.
With the game heading to the end, Okyeman Planners got the consolation in the 80th-minute mark.
Darko, commonly called Pizzaro, has been a key performer for Tema Youth this season in the Ghana Division One League Zone 3 as they are hoping to secure Promotion to the Ghanaian top-flight league.
Darko goal was his first of the season after providing 9 assists in his 17 games for Tema Youth.
