Ghana Premier League giant Accra Hearts of Oak SC mmidfielder Ibrahim Salifu has revealed what contributed to the team’s shambolic display in the 2022-23 season.
The midfielder believes the team suffered in the Ghana Premier League because of a false start to the campaign.
According to him, the team didn’t suffer in the league because change of manager but rather described it as part of football because players and coaches come and go all the time.
“In football, both coaches and players can leave clubs so, it’s normal. It doesn’t mean that is what affected our performance.”
“Things just didn’t work out for the whole team. We didn’t get a good start,” Ibrahim told Kessben FM.
