Nzema Kotoko’s longest-serving Goalkeeper Tijani Musah has served notice of his decision to quit the club over what he describes as neglect and unfair treatment since the outbreak of the novel Coronavirus in March.
The player who has consistently served the club with diligence over for more than 5 years has told the club management and some of his teammates on their official WhatsApp group that he is no longer available and wants to leave the club.
Domesticsportsgh.com reports that the club are yet to pay the playing body since March and that has been the major cause of Tijani’s resignation.
The former Medeama goalkeeper has delivered the message to the club vice-chairman, Mr Francis Baah.
SPORTSworldGhana.com understands that Tijani emphatically stated that he is no more going to play for Nzema Kotoko again, and ready to surrender all his salaries but the club should release him immediately as possible.
Tijani, 31, joined Nzema Kotoko from Medeama in 2016.
