Hearts of Oak have officially announced the signing of youngster Dominic Eshun.
Last month, the Phobians were given the green light to register the midfielder after an earlier announcement in December was annulled.
The phobians announced the signing of the forward on a free transfer last December but that approach was declared illegal by the player’s parent club Karela United.
The Player Status Committee later ruled the 19-year-old had a running contract with Karela until November this year.
This forced the Phobians to return to the negotiation table and reached a deal with the Ghana Premier League side.
