President of the South African Football Association, Danny Jordaan has again gone mad at the Ghana Football Association, branding them as immature to understand the game.
His unfortunate comment comes following the back and forth between the two FAs after the final group G World Cup qualifier in Cape Coast was shrouded in controversy.
The Black Stars whipped the Bafana Bafana 1-0 after referee Ndiaye Maguette awarded Ghana a penalty which was converted expertly by captain Andre Ayew in the 33rd minute.
SAFA who were left disappointed and disenchanted with the decision have reported the referee to FIFA as a review into the game is currently ongoing.
However, speaking in an interview with South Africa journalist Robert Marawa, Danny Jordaan hit back again at the country’s football governing body insisting a one-year-old Ghana FA cannot teach them the rules of the game.
“You cannot be schooled by a primary school teacher when you are a university professor. We have organized a World Cup. It was voted the best ever World Cup on the African continent. We cannot be schooled by people who are just in their first year in administration and so we kept quiet,” he said.
FIFA is yet to announce its decision on the game, but the Black Stars look set for the play-offs next year.
Meanwhile, draw for the final round of qualifiers is expected early next year.
